From the designers of FotoJet.com comes DesignCap. It’s more than just a poster-maker website; it’s an online graphic design software that can help anyone create professional designs such as infographics, flyers, and social media graphics.
As a blogger, I constantly create designs for my posts and always look for new and different designs to keep things fresh. With the DesignCap website, I found it very easy and intuitive to use. They have many templates, stock photos, and little icons to use when designing.
However, I did find two features that it lacked compared to other programs I have used: the ability to upload your font, which is essential when designing with your logo, and a color picker. You can insert a color number for the color you are looking for, but you must take extra steps to find the color code.
Design Cap does have a design category that I have not seen featured before called modules. You can use These “bits” of elements to craft a design. You can add modules like icons & text, images & text, options, steps, timelines, diagrams, comparisons, statistics, and SWOT.
Marketing & Event Design Categories Include:
- Infographic
- Poster
- Flyer
- Invitation
- Card
- Business Card
- Brochure
- Facebook Ad

With each category, they walk you through how to create with simple-to-follow directions and inspiration ideas.

My finished project using DesignCap for my latest post, 20 Alcoholic Drinks to Get You Through the Season over on The Review Wire. I wanted something simple for this template since the images already had a lot of detail.
DesignCap is free to join with limited access. However, you can upgrade to the Premium version for even more design capabilities. So, what does pricing look like, and what’s included, you ask? Check out the features included in the Free, Basic, and plans.
